It is regret to hear that you will return the item.
Personalized Custom orders cannot be refunded.
Any return or exchange must be within 15 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@pacyshandbag If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 30 days not including 3-7 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of pacyshandbag.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are responsible for the return postage if the item is faulty or not as described in the listing. You can either get the item you ordered or get your money back.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

How to exchange?
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to us (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Sending fee for a returned item or an exchanged item are payable by buyer. In case you want a replacement, an additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.
